Mastek reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 905.68 cr, down from Rs 940.37 cr QoQ but up 4.1 percent YoY. Net profit rose 14.4 percent YoY to Rs 108.35 cr from Rs 94.71 cr. Basic EPS stood at Rs 34.97 versus Rs 30.68 YoY. The UK and Europe segment was the largest contributor. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 8 per share (160 percent) with record date January 30, 2026. Sequential revenue dip but YoY profit growth and a strong 160 percent interim dividend support continued shareholder returns and cash confidence.
