Mastek reported Q3 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 90,568 lakhs, up 4.2% YoY from Rs 86,953 lakhs. Net profit rose 14.4% to Rs 10,835 lakhs from Rs 9,471 lakhs. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 8.3% to Rs 276,075 lakhs and PAT was Rs 29,785 lakhs. UK and Europe segment revenue jumped around 21% YoY, while North America and AMEA declined. Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 8 per share (160%) on face value Rs 5 for FY 2025-26, record date Jan 30, 2026, payable by Feb 17, 2026. Standalone results were restated due to merger of wholly owned subsidiary Mastek Enterprise Solutions with Mastek Limited effective April 1, 2024.
Steady profit growth and interim dividend reward shareholders. Strong UK and Europe momentum is a positive, but weakness in North America and AMEA warrants watching.
