On the reaction day the stock moved 1.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts less than its Stockbroking & Allied peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Master Trust resubmitted its audited financial results for Q4 and FY26 (ended March 31, 2026) to NSE after the exchange flagged that the original May 12 filing was signed by the CFO instead of an authorised Director. Figures are unchanged. Standalone: revenue rose to Rs 291.5 million from Rs 200.2 million; PAT jumped to Rs 122.3 million from Rs 72.6 million. Consolidated: revenue dipped slightly to Rs 5,758.5 million from Rs 5,839.4 million; PAT was Rs 1,260.9 million versus Rs 1,312.4 million. Auditor gave an unmodified opinion on both.
Procedural resubmission only; numbers unchanged. Strong standalone growth but consolidated PAT slightly lower year on year. No fundamental impact.
