On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.7 pts less than its Residential Commercial Projects peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Max Estates reported Q2 FY27 pre-sales of ₹2,092 crore, about 14 times year on year, and collections of ₹560 crore, about 2 times higher. Revenue was ₹52.8 crore, net profit ₹4.7 crore and net debt ₹219 crore. Launched projects were 83 percent sold, with a ₹29,058 crore balance pipeline. Management expects ₹4,800-5,700 crore of profit before tax from sold projects in FY28-FY31 and detailed an 85-acre Delhi land purchase.
The large project pipeline and expected FY28-FY31 profit may support the stock, but approvals, execution and launch timing remain key risks.
