Max Estates Q3 FY26: Consolidated revenue from operations rose 21% YoY to Rs. 4,842 lakhs, but Q3 profit after tax fell sharply to Rs. 2.53 lakhs vs Rs. 1,581 lakhs last year, hit by higher finance and tax costs. For 9M FY26, consolidated revenue grew 24% to Rs. 15,002 lakhs and PAT rose 59% to Rs. 1,977 lakhs. Company acquired Base Buildwell (7.25 acres Gurugram) for Rs. 32,000 lakhs. Promoter paid balance warrant money.
Q3 profit collapse offsets strong 9M growth; acquisitions expand project pipeline and capital base.
