Max Financial's H1 FY27 consolidated revenue, including investment income, rose 17% to Rs 26,582 crore, while profit after tax jumped 137% to Rs 219 crore. Axis Max Life's annual premium equivalent grew 11% to Rs 4,638 crore and value of new business rose 21% to Rs 1,180 crore. New business margin improved to 25.4% from 23.3%, and embedded value reached Rs 31,437 crore. Solvency fell to 197% from 208%.
Positive: stronger profit, premium and new business value support the stock, while lower solvency from 208% to 197% remains a risk to watch.
