For the quarter ended September 30, 2026, Max Financial reported profit after tax of Rs 100.30 crore versus Rs 5.87 crore a year earlier. Operating revenue rose 18.5% to Rs 11,601.09 crore, while six-month profit reached Rs 218.59 crore, up 136.7% from Rs 92.32 crore. Six-month operating cash flow was positive at Rs 3,098.39 crore. The auditor reported no material misstatement.
Higher profit and positive operating cash flow are positive for shareholders; revenue growth below 20% and the low prior-year base limit the comparison.
