On the reaction day the stock moved in line with Nifty 100 and 0.1 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Max Healthcare informed that the NCLT Cuttack Bench heard petitions filed by BRS Capital Two Pte. Limited against Kalinga Hospital Ltd (a subsidiary), the selling shareholder, and the company. The NCLT noted a procedural defect (an incorrect Postal Ballot Notice) in the interlocutory petition and allowed the opposite party to rectify it by filing an additional affidavit. The matter is now listed along with the main Company Petition for August 19, 2026.
Procedural development only; no adverse order against Max Healthcare. Matter adjourned to August 19 with opportunity to cure the defect.
