Max Healthcare's unaudited Q2 FY27 hospital-network revenue rose 20% year on year to ₹3,219 crore, while PAT increased 10% to ₹448 crore after adjusting a prior-year ₹149 crore one-time tax gain. H1 revenue grew 18% to ₹6,200 crore and PAT rose 7% to ₹805 crore. Q2 operating EBITDA margin eased to 26.8% from 26.9%; beds rose 16% to 5,518, occupancy was 77%, and net debt was ₹2,369 crore.
Strong revenue growth supports the outlook, but PAT margin fell to 14.7% from 15.7%, while higher debt and expansion spending may strain cash flow.
