Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 20.3% year on year to Rs 2,569.21 crore; profit after tax grew 22.5% to Rs 414.45 crore. Half-year revenue rose 18.6% to Rs 4,935.38 crore, but profit after tax fell 7.7% to Rs 737.41 crore as the prior year included a tax reversal. Review was clean. The board approved Rs 93 crore for Noida and Rs 97 crore for Vaishali; Gurugram hospital cost rose to Rs 1,143 crore, with completion due April 2027.
Strong Q2 growth may support sentiment, but weaker half-year profit and hospital spending may pressure returns and cash flow.
