Board approved Q1 FY27 (June 2026) results. Consolidated revenue rose 63% to Rs 59.74 cr (vs Rs 36.67 cr YoY), but loss widened to Rs 36.28 cr (vs Rs 25.64 cr). Standalone revenue fell to Rs 1.51 cr (vs Rs 2.85 cr), swinging to Rs 3.78 cr loss from Rs 5.71 cr profit. EPS was negative Rs 6.91 consolidated and negative Rs 0.72 standalone. In FY26, sold 3 Max Tower floors to promoter group entity for Rs 105.08 cr.
Consolidated growth is positive, but widening losses at both levels raise profitability concerns. Property sale to promoter group entity may attract scrutiny.
