On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Trading & Distributors peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Consolidated revenue from operations rose 51.6% YoY to Rs 5,990.60 lakhs in Q1 FY27 from Rs 3,951.97 lakhs, while standalone revenue rose 40.5% to Rs 149.42 lakhs. However, consolidated net profit fell 12% to Rs 204.65 lakhs as material and finance costs climbed. Standalone net profit was nearly flat at Rs 22.11 lakhs. EPS came in at Rs 0.15 consolidated and Rs 0.02 standalone. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong top-line growth is positive, but rising input and finance costs compressed margins and pulled consolidated profit down, which may cap near-term stock excitement.
