Maximus International Limited reported its Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) results along with nine-month figures. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for Q3 stood at Rs. 111.14 lakhs, down sharply from Rs. 276.59 lakhs in the previous quarter. However, standalone net profit rose to Rs. 59.17 lakhs (Q3) from Rs. 39.94 lakhs in Q3 FY25, and for the nine months jumped to Rs. 194.92 lakhs from Rs. 48.07 lakhs a year earlier. On a consolidated basis (including foreign subsidiaries in FZE and Africa), Q3 revenue from operations was Rs. 4,345.43 lakhs versus Rs. 3,691.19 lakhs in Q3 FY25, with net profit of Rs. 197.51 lakhs versus Rs. 280.01 lakhs. For nine months, consolidated revenue from operations grew to Rs. 12,881.19 lakhs from Rs. 11,197.01 lakhs, while net profit was nearly flat at Rs. 709.19 lakhs (vs Rs. 706.53 lakhs). The auditor (Shah Mehta & Bakshi) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Standalone numbers show strong year-on-year bottom-line growth on a small base, but consolidated profit growth has stalled despite revenue expansion, signalling margin pressure at the group level. The sharp sequential drop in standalone operating revenue may concern investors looking for consistent quarter-on-quarter momentum.
