For the half year ended September 30, 2026, revenue rose 12.6% to Rs. 20,866.72 lakh and profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs. 554.61 lakh from Rs. 252.38 lakh. EPS rose 10.1% to Rs. 5.14 from Rs. 4.67 as paid-up capital doubled. Total borrowings fell to Rs. 2,886.79 lakh, but cash was only Rs. 7.08 lakh. The auditor found no material issue. Rs. 74.17 lakh of unused IPO funds was shifted to working capital with shareholder approval.
Profit growth and lower borrowings may support sentiment, but modest revenue growth and very low cash keep liquidity in focus.
