Mayur Floorings reported strong revenue growth, with Q3 FY26 revenue from operations at Rs 245.47 lakhs, up about 23% from Rs 199.15 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Nine-month revenue grew to Rs 631.40 lakhs versus Rs 485.64 lakhs in the same period last year, a 30% jump. Net profit for Q3 rose to Rs 6.28 lakhs (from Rs 3.66 lakhs), and nine-month PAT climbed to Rs 10.52 lakhs (from Rs 7.90 lakhs), a 33% increase. EPS for the nine months stood at Rs 0.21 vs Rs 0.16 last year. The auditor (Bansilal Shah & Co.) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Positive near-term signal for shareholders — top-line and bottom-line are both growing solidly. However, the company's other equity is razor-thin at just Rs 0.13 lakhs as of December 2025, and the prior full year (FY25) showed a Rs 130 lakh net loss, so the business remains very small and financially fragile despite the improving trajectory.
