Mayur Floorings reported revenue from operations of ₹191.86 lakhs for Q2 FY26, slightly down from ₹194.07 lakhs in Q1 FY26 but up about 7% from ₹179.41 lakhs in Q2 FY25. For the half-year, revenue grew sharply to ₹385.93 lakhs from ₹286.49 lakhs in H1 FY25, a jump of roughly 35%. However, net profit fell steeply — H1 FY26 PAT was just ₹3.93 lakhs versus ₹13.21 lakhs in H1 FY25, a drop of around 70%, as costs (especially employee and other expenses) rose faster than revenue. Operating cash flow turned negative at ₹(44.95) lakhs for the half-year compared to a positive ₹112.04 lakhs in FY25, driven by a sharp rise in trade receivables. The auditor (Bansilal Shah & Co) issued an unmodified limited review report.
Despite strong top-line growth, sharp profit compression and negative operating cash flows signal margin pressure and working-capital strain, which may concern shareholders. The company's other equity remains negative, though total equity is still positive at ₹406.27 lakhs.
