On the reaction day the stock moved 0.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Insurance peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Medi Assist Healthcare has applied to BSE and NSE to reclassify six entities from the promoter and promoter group category to public under SEBI Regulation 31A. The six entities are Bessemer India Capital Holdings II, Bessemer Health Capital LLC, Bessemer Venture Partners Trust, Perfios Software Solutions, Lentra AI, and Plobal Apps Inc. All six currently hold zero equity shares. The board approved this on February 6, 2026, and the application was filed on February 10, 2026.
Minimal practical impact. Reclassified entities already hold zero shares, so public shareholding rises only on paper.
