On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts less than its Insurance peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
H1 FY27 revenue rose 13% to INR478 crore. EBITDA grew 19% to INR97.2 crore, lifting margin to 20.3%, while profit after tax rose 60.2% to INR49.2 crore. Paramount integration is complete, and management targets core margins of 22% to 23%. Group retention is expected to recover to 93% to 94% within three to four quarters. The debt-free company approved a INR49.3 crore buyback at INR425 per share.
Profit growth, margin recovery, a debt-free balance sheet and buyback may aid the stock, but weak retention and slower revenue growth remain risks.
