Medico Intercontinental reported Q1 FY27 results (quarter ended June 30, 2026). Standalone revenue rose to Rs 15.24 cr from Rs 13.71 cr YoY, with PAT up to Rs 60.76 lakh from Rs 55.60 lakh. Consolidated, however, swung to a loss of Rs 4.04 cr versus Rs 2.89 cr loss YoY, hurt by subsidiary losses of Rs 4.65 cr. Auditor V. Goswami and Co gave an unmodified review opinion. AGM scheduled for September 30, 2026.
Subsidiary-level losses remain a worry for the group; consolidated bottom line is under pressure even as standalone performance is mildly positive.
