Agilemed Investments, a promoter, pledged 975,000 additional Medplus shares on October 23, 2026 to Catalyst Trusteeship. This comprised 500,000 shares for Modulus non-convertible debentures and 475,000 for Neo debentures. It was a security cover top-up, with no fresh borrowing. Agilemed's pledged shares rose to 14,402,525, or 11.99% of company capital. Total promoter encumbrance is 79.85% of promoter holdings; promoter holding is 40.19%.
The larger pledge raises collateral and refinancing risk for promoter shareholders, although no new borrowing was taken. Company ownership is unchanged.
