Meenakshi India Q1 FY27: PAT rose 57.7% YoY to Rs 7.13 crore from Rs 4.52 crore, boosted by other income of Rs 7.11 crore (vs Rs 0.99 crore) including Rs 3.73 crore unrealised investment gains and Rs 2.26 crore forex gains. Core revenue fell 29.5% YoY to Rs 32.25 crore from Rs 45.72 crore. Total income was Rs 39.36 crore. EPS stood at Rs 6.34 versus Rs 4.02. Shares listed on BSE on July 22, 2026.
Strong headline PAT growth looks good, but core business revenue declined sharply. Profit quality is weak as gains are non-operating and unrealised.
