The Board of Meera Industries approved audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025. Statutory auditor K A Sanghavi & Co LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. On a standalone basis, full-year revenue from operations rose to Rs 4,026.01 lakhs from Rs 3,014.23 lakhs in FY24, a growth of about 33.5%. Profit after tax jumped to Rs 389.47 lakhs from Rs 146.53 lakhs, nearly 2.7x year-on-year, with EPS rising to Rs 3.65 from Rs 1.37. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 3,984.93 lakhs and consolidated PAT rose to Rs 372.18 lakhs. However, Q4 FY25 standalone revenue at Rs 781.05 lakhs was lower than Q4 FY24's Rs 959.57 lakhs and Q3 FY25's Rs 1,164.22 lakhs, indicating sequential and year-on-year softness in the last quarter. The Board also re-appointed M/s. D D R & Co as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26.
Strong full-year revenue and profit growth, along with a clean audit opinion, are positive for shareholders and may support stock sentiment. The notable Q4 slowdown versus the prior year and previous quarter is a watchpoint, but overall FY25 performance reflects healthy expansion in the Machine and Yarn divisions.
