On the reaction day the stock moved 2.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.3 pts more than its Capital Markets peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Mefcom Capital Markets filed a revised consolidated audit report for FY ending March 2026. The revision was only to fix a formatting omission in the auditor's report (missing list of consolidated entities); the financial results themselves are unchanged. Auditor gave an unqualified opinion. Key numbers: FY26 total revenue rose to Rs. 11,368.72 lakh from Rs. 7,205.29 lakh (up about 58 percent YoY), but the group swung to a net loss of Rs. 223.30 lakh versus a Rs. 1.19 lakh profit in FY25. Q4 net loss was Rs. 473.20 lakh. Total assets stood at Rs. 3,867.12 lakh.
Revenue grew strongly but losses deepened. Filing is just a format correction with no change to numbers. Neutral to mildly negative for shareholders.
