Megastar Foods posted consolidated revenue of Rs 245.30 crore for H1 FY26, up 67 percent YoY from Rs 146.92 crore. Q2 revenue rose 53 percent to Rs 137.97 crore. PAT for H1 jumped 96 percent to Rs 3.99 crore; Q2 PAT up 48 percent at Rs 2.38 crore. However, operating cash flow was negative at Rs minus 21.46 crore for H1 driven by an inventory surge to Rs 137.76 crore from Rs 38.67 crore. Standalone debt-equity ratio rose to 1.26 from 0.84.
Strong top line and profit growth, but negative operating cash flow and rising inventory and debt levels are points to watch.
