Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Standalone revenue fell to Rs 522.94 cr from Rs 592.60 cr YoY, but net profit surged 42.2% to Rs 57.60 cr from Rs 40.51 cr. PBT rose to Rs 74.88 cr vs Rs 51.99 cr. EBITDA margin expanded to about 20.2% from 16.5%, driven by lower input costs and finance costs. Agrochemicals remained the lead segment at Rs 391.61 cr. Consolidated PAT jumped sharply to Rs 48.19 cr from Rs 12.68 cr. Board also approved merger of two wholly owned subsidiaries and appointed Mr Naresh Prajapati as Company Secretary.
Profit growth on better margins offsets revenue softness; restructuring and subsidiary merger in progress. Positive on cost control, watch revenue recovery.
