Standalone Q2 FY27 revenue rose 18% to ₹658.2 crore. Operating profit before depreciation and interest was flat at ₹70.9 crore as input and logistics costs cut margin to 10.8% from 12.6%; profit after tax rose 6% to ₹45.3 crore. The National Company Law Tribunal approved merging Kilburn Chemicals and Meghmani Crop Nutrition into the listed parent. Management targets a 14% to 15% blended profit margin before depreciation, interest and tax.
Revenue rose, but cost pressure limited profit growth. The approved amalgamation and 14% to 15% margin target could aid future earnings.
