Meghna Infracon Infrastructure reported unaudited results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025. Consolidated total income for H1 FY26 stood at Rs 1,925.98 lacs vs Rs 1,784.74 lacs in H1 FY25, an increase of about 8%, while consolidated profit after tax jumped roughly 36% to Rs 273.07 lacs from Rs 201.35 lacs. On a standalone basis, revenue actually declined around 41% YoY to Rs 453.56 lacs, though standalone PAT still grew about 28% to Rs 244.01 lacs. The company issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio in July 2025, which doubled share count to about 2.17 crore and led to a restatement of earlier EPS figures. The statutory auditor (M.K. Singhal & Co.) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications.
Mixed picture for shareholders — consolidated PAT growth of ~36% is encouraging, but a ~41% YoY drop in standalone revenue and sharply negative consolidated operating cash flow of about Rs (773) lacs in H1 FY26 suggest working-capital stress. The 1:1 bonus issue improves liquidity but dilutes per-share metrics, which have been restated accordingly.
