On a consolidated basis, including UK subsidiary (Megrisoft Limited), revenue was Rs. 291.78 lakh and net profit grew to Rs. 62.11 lakh from Rs. 55.51 lakh. The auditors from Narinder Kumar and Company issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on both standalone and consolidated results, confirming no qualifications. Cash flow from operations remained positive at Rs. 150.09 lakh for standalone.
