Members of the Exchange are hereby informed about the Withdrawal of delisting of equity shares of K.S. Oil Limited (KSOILS)�w.e.f. May 05, 2025 pursuant to Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal ( NCLT ), Indore, order dated February 03, 2025.

K S Oils Limited's equity shares will not be delisted from the exchange, effective May 5, 2025. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Indore, had previously approved delisting, but a subsequent order dated February 3, 2025 led to the withdrawal of the delisting process. The stock will continue to remain tradable on the exchange as a result. Members of the exchange have been informed of this development pursuant to the tribunal's directive.
