Mena Mani Industries reported its FY25 results with revenue from operations growing about 28.5% to ₹1,647.89 lakhs versus ₹1,281.99 lakhs last year, helped by stronger Q4 sales of ₹929.43 lakhs. However, profitability weakened — full-year profit after tax fell to ₹11.43 lakhs from ₹14.51 lakhs, and Q4 FY25 slipped into a loss of ₹48.74 lakhs against a profit of ₹36.85 lakhs in Q4 FY24, hit by higher other expenses and depreciation. The balance sheet shows negative net worth of ₹84.30 lakhs (share capital ₹1,003.47 lakhs offset by accumulated losses of ₹1,087.77 lakhs) and long-term borrowings of ₹1,467.91 lakhs, raising solvency concerns. Statutory auditor N.S. Nanavati & Co. issued an unmodified opinion, but flagged that prior period figures were restated to correct an error in Duties and Taxes Account balances.
Investors should note a mixed picture — strong top-line growth was undermined by margin compression and a loss-making Q4, while negative net worth combined with sizeable debt signals balance-sheet stress despite the clean audit opinion.
