Menon Bearings reported strong Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results. Standalone net sales rose to Rs. 47.76 crore from Rs. 39.51 crore year-on-year (~20.9% growth), while standalone net profit jumped to Rs. 6.87 crore from Rs. 4.78 crore (~43.6% growth), with EPS at Rs. 1.23 vs Rs. 0.85. On a consolidated basis, total income grew 17.8% to Rs. 68.81 crore, EBITDA rose 27.7% to Rs. 14.51 crore, and PAT grew 36.9% to Rs. 8.43 crore (EPS Rs. 1.50). The Board declared a 200% interim dividend of Rs. 2.00 per share (absorbing Rs. 1,120.80 lakh), with record date July 31 and payment between August 6–10, 2025. The auditor (ARNA & Associates) issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. The Board also recommended appointing Mr. Nandan Borgalkar as Non-Executive Independent Director and M/s M Baldeva Associates as Secretarial Auditors, both for five-year terms.
The results show robust top-line and bottom-line growth, with profit growth significantly outpacing revenue growth, indicating margin expansion. The 200% interim dividend signals strong cash generation and shareholder rewards, which is positive for the stock and income-focused investors.
