Menon Pistons posted FY25 consolidated revenue of Rs.253.66 crores, down about 1.5% from Rs.257.65 crores last year, while standalone revenue was nearly flat at Rs.212.35 crores. Consolidated profit after tax fell to Rs.23.89 crores from Rs.26.85 crores (down around 11%), and standalone PAT dropped more sharply to Rs.17.32 crores from Rs.24.20 crores (down roughly 28%). Operating profits before working capital changes shrank year-on-year, indicating margin compression, while finance costs stayed roughly flat and depreciation rose. The company has recommended a 100% final dividend of Re.1 per share, same as the prior year. Statutory auditors P G Bhagwat LLP issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Profitability has weakened meaningfully despite stable top-line, which may weigh on near-term sentiment. However, the unchanged full dividend payout and unmodified audit opinion signal stable shareholder returns and no governance red flags.
