Menon Pistons reported standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 6,031.81 lakhs for Q3 FY26, up 13.3% from Rs. 5,321.54 lakhs in Q3 FY25. On a consolidated basis (including Rapid Machining Technologies and Lunar Enterprise), Q3 revenue rose to Rs. 7,610.48 lakhs vs Rs. 6,310.80 lakhs, a growth of about 20.6% YoY. Standalone profit after tax for Q3 dipped to Rs. 394.93 lakhs (from Rs. 436.82 lakhs), and 9M FY26 standalone PAT fell to Rs. 1,370.93 lakhs from Rs. 1,469.18 lakhs. Consolidated 9M PAT grew to Rs. 2,113.78 lakhs from Rs. 1,959.23 lakhs. A one-time exceptional charge of Rs. 27.98 lakhs was booked on account of the new Labour Codes. The auditor (P G Bhagwat LLP) issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications.
Topline growth remains healthy, especially at the consolidated level, but standalone bottomline has slipped year-on-year due to higher operating and material costs squeezing margins. Shareholders should watch for margin recovery in Q4 and the postal ballot outcome on the material related party transaction with Menon Exports.
