The Board declared a final dividend of ₹3 per share (total annual dividend ₹6 per share including ₹3 interim already paid). Statutory auditors SR BC & CO LLP issued an unqualified opinion with no modifications. The company also appointed PwC Services LLP as Internal Auditors for FY27-FY29, replacing the prior internal auditor. One-time charges related to new labour codes (₹3.46 crore) were recorded in Q3 FY26.
Strong bottom-line growth with clean audit confirms financial health. Appointment of a Big 4 firm (PwC) as internal auditor signals stronger governance standards. The dividend yield remains attractive for retail investors.
