Metro Brands reported Q1 FY27 (quarter ended June 30, 2026) standalone revenue from operations of Rs 701.62 cr, up about 14% from Rs 615.09 cr in Q1 FY26. Standalone PAT dipped to Rs 91.37 cr from Rs 96.62 cr YoY. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 720.36 cr (up 14.7% YoY) with consolidated PAT at Rs 95.26 cr vs Rs 98.80 cr. Auditor SRBC issued an unmodified review opinion. Board also approved new ESOP scheme 2026 (54.5 lakh options), record date Sept 4 for final dividend, AGM on Sept 16, and key director changes.
Revenue grew solidly but margins and PAT slipped slightly versus last year; AGM items and new ESOP scheme are forward-looking items for shareholder approval.
