Metro Brands Ltd reported audited standalone revenue from operations of Rs. 2,797.16 crore for FY2026, up 14.2% from Rs. 2,449.61 crore in FY2025. Standalone PAT grew 14.6% to Rs. 400.49 crore. Consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 2,863.63 crore with consolidated PAT of Rs. 415.89 crore, up 17.3% year-on-year. Basic EPS improved to Rs. 15.10 from Rs. 12.89. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 3 per equity share (total dividend Rs. 6 per share including Rs. 3 interim dividend already paid). Statutory auditors SRBC&CO LLP issued clean audit reports with no modified opinions. The company appointed PwC Services LLP as internal auditors for three years (FY2026-27 to FY2028-29).
The company delivered steady double-digit growth in both revenue and profitability. Clean audit reports and the dividend payout indicate financial health. The appointment of a Big Four firm as internal auditor could signal stronger internal controls going forward.
