Metroglobal Ltd's board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. On a standalone basis, Q3 FY26 revenue rose about 22% year-on-year to Rs. 70.18 crore, while profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs. 6.90 crore from Rs. 2.15 crore in Q3 FY25. For the nine-month period, standalone PAT grew about 12% YoY to Rs. 14.82 crore, translating to an EPS of Rs. 12.01. The board also accepted the resignation of internal auditor M/s. Rajni Shah & Associates due to statutory ineligibility under Section 144 of the Companies Act following a promoter group merger, and appointed M/s. Khokhani & Associates in their place for the remainder of FY26. Statutory auditors KPSJ & Associates LLP issued an unqualified limited review report on the results.
The strong rebound in Q3 profits and healthy revenue growth are positive signals for shareholders, though full-year performance depends on the fourth quarter. The internal auditor change is purely procedural, driven by a promoter group restructuring and not indicative of any governance concern.
