MFL India Ltd (BSE: 526622) announced unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to ₹1,596.78 lakhs, up roughly 26% from ₹1,265.08 lakhs in Q2 FY25. The company swung to a standalone profit of ₹58.79 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from a loss of ₹43.42 lakhs a year ago, with EPS of ₹0.11. For H1 FY26, however, revenue of ₹2,997.01 lakhs still translated into an overall loss of ₹43.42 lakhs, weighed down by a weak Q1 (loss of ₹258.02 lakhs). The board separately approved shifting the registered office within East Delhi from Patparganj to Pandav Nagar, Mayur Vihar Phase-1. Auditor V.K. Sehgal & Associates issued an unqualified limited review report.
The 26% YoY revenue jump and Q2 return to profit are encouraging signs, but H1 FY26 stays in the red, the balance sheet shows deeply negative other equity (negative book value), borrowings rose to ₹2,249.50 lakhs, and operating cash flow turned sharply negative at ₹-290.11 lakhs — pointing to fragile finances that could limit any lasting rally in the stock.
