MIC Electronics has informed BSE that its Board of Directors will meet on July 31, 2026 to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from statutory auditors. The Board will also approve the Board's Report for FY 2025-26, fix the date and venue of the 38th AGM, approve the AGM notice, and appoint a scrutinizer. The trading window is closed from July 1, 2026 until 48 hours after the results are declared.
