Board approved Q2 FY26 unaudited results for September 2025, with no auditor qualifications. Consolidated revenue rose 38% to Rs 3,788.93 lakh, mainly from a new trading segment; standalone revenue rose 9% to Rs 1,224.08 lakh. Consolidated profit was Rs 216.80 lakh versus Rs 212.59 lakh, but half-year profit fell 6% to Rs 383.50 lakh and EPS was Rs 0.16 versus Rs 0.17. Trading made a small loss.
Revenue growth is strong but comes from a low-margin trading segment; profit is flat to lower and cash flow thin, so near-term outlook is cautious.
