Midwest Ltd reported FY26 standalone revenue from operations of ₹4,217.71 Mn, up ~14% from ₹3,697.35 Mn in FY25, while standalone profit after tax rose ~10% to ₹976.28 Mn from ₹884.73 Mn. On a consolidated basis, FY26 revenue grew modestly to ₹6,456.18 Mn from ₹6,261.82 Mn, but PAT fell ~20% to ₹1,064.76 Mn from ₹1,332.99 Mn, hit by higher extraction costs, seigniorage fees, employee and other expenses. Q4 FY26 was weaker on both counts — standalone revenue declined ~18% YoY to ₹1,177.82 Mn and PAT fell ~31% to ₹255.74 Mn; consolidated PAT dropped to ₹370.23 Mn from ₹484.67 Mn. The balance sheet strengthened sharply after the October 2025 IPO (₹2,500 Mn fresh issue), with cash and bank balances rising to over ₹2,000 Mn and standalone borrowings roughly halving. The statutory auditor (MSKA & Associates) issued an unmodified opinion. The board also appointed Mr. K. Achyutanand Reddy as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer effective May 26, 2026.
Positive for liquidity and balance sheet health due to IPO inflows and debt reduction, but the sharp YoY drop in Q4 standalone PAT and ~20% decline in consolidated full-year PAT despite revenue growth signal margin pressure and rising costs, which may weigh on near-term sentiment.
