Mihika Industries filed its unaudited Q3 FY26 and nine-month FY26 results to BSE on February 13, 2026. Revenue from operations for the nine months stood at roughly Rs 267 lakhs, a steep drop of about 59% compared with around Rs 654 lakhs in the same period last year. Profit after tax for the nine months was only about Rs 7 lakhs, compared with a full-year FY25 PAT of roughly Rs 106 lakhs, indicating sharply weaker profitability. Basic and diluted EPS for the December quarter came in at just Rs 0.01. The statutory auditor, S K Bhavsar & Co., raised an 'Emphasis of Matter' flagging that trade receivables, trade payables and loans/advances are pending third-party confirmation and reconciliation.
The steep revenue fall and weak absolute profit numbers are likely to pressure the stock, while the auditor's emphasis on unverified receivables and payables adds a governance and earnings-quality concern for retail investors.
