Mindspace REIT allots Rs 600 crore non-convertible debentures at 7.49%

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has allotted 60,000 non-convertible debentures of face value Rs 1 lakh each, aggregating Rs 600 crore. The debentures carry a coupon of 7.49% per annum, payable quarterly, with a 2-year tenor maturing August 3, 2028. Allotment was approved by the board committee on August 3, 2026, under the borrowing limit approved in July. Total consideration received was about Rs 600.34 crore including a small premium of Rs 33.60 lakh. Issuance stays within the regulatory cap of net debt below 33 percent of total assets.
