Mindspace REIT board approves appointments of valuer, auditor and property consultant

Mindspace Business Parks REIT manager board approved three appointments: Mr. Vijay Aravindkumar C as Valuer for FY2026-28, extendable by 2 more years; CBRE South Asia as independent property consultant to review the valuer's assumptions for the same period; and B S R & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors for 5 years from FY2027-28 to FY2031-32. All are subject to unitholder approval.
