Mindspace REIT gets AAA/Stable rating reaffirmed by CRISIL and ICRA

CRISIL and ICRA have reaffirmed Mindspace Business Parks REIT's AAA/Stable rating (highest credit quality, lowest risk) for its issuer rating and multiple non-convertible debentures across various sizes from INR 30 crore to INR 1200 crore. CRISIL assigned AAA/Stable to a new INR 300 crore NCD and reaffirmed A1+ on INR 3000 crore commercial paper. ICRA reaffirmed AAA/Stable on INR 8700 crore NCD and assigned it to a proposed INR 500 crore NCD, plus reaffirmed A1+ on INR 3000 crore commercial paper. One CRISIL rating on an INR 570 crore NCD was withdrawn.
