Mindspace REIT gets IGBC Green Landscape Gold Rating for Airoli East

Mindspace REIT received the IGBC Green Landscape Gold Rating from the Indian Green Building Council for its Airoli East business park in Navi Mumbai, the first Indian REIT to earn this. The award recognises green landscape design and biodiversity. Campus features include 60 percent native green cover, 77 percent energy savings through smart landscape lighting, and 100 percent on-site composting. Mindspace plans to extend similar practices across its portfolio.
