Mindspace Business Parks REIT has been named GRESB 2026 Sector Leader across both Development and Standing Investments benchmarks. In the 2026 GRESB Development Benchmark, it achieved a perfect score of 100 out of 100 with a 5-Star rating. In Standing Investments, it scored 94.2 out of 100 with a 5-Star rating. The recognition marks four consecutive years as Global Sector Leader in Development, upgrading from Regional to Global Sector Leader in Standing Investments. The portfolio spans about 46.2 msf across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad and Chennai.
