Mindspace REIT sponsor Chandru Raheja sells units worth about Rs 499 crore

Mindspace Business Parks REIT told exchanges that sponsor group member Chandru L. Raheja sold 99 lakh units of the REIT on BSE on September 21, 2026 for about Rs 499 crore through a market sale. His holding dropped from 5.66 percent (3.74 crore units) to 4.16 percent (2.76 crore units). The disclosure was filed under SEBI insider trading rules.
