Mindspace REIT submitted its 5th ESG Report for FY 2025-26 covering 15 office assets. Key numbers: INR 32,342 Mn turnover, INR 26,636 Mn net operating income, 95.7% committed occupancy, 50.4% renewable energy share, and a 33.4% cut in Scope 1 and 2 emissions versus FY 2020. Raised INR 1,200 Cr through sustainable finance. Ranked 3rd globally in S&P CSA, earned Industry Distinction, and maintained 5-star GRESB rating for third year.
