Mindteck reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs. 101.63 crore (down 6.1% YoY from Rs. 108.23 crore) and net profit of Rs. 7.56 crore (flat YoY). H1 FY26 consolidated revenue declined 6.2% YoY to Rs. 202.93 crore, but profit grew 16.9% to Rs. 16.31 crore. Standalone Q2 revenue was Rs. 39.15 crore with profit of Rs. 5.38 crore, up 22% YoY. Q2 included an exceptional item gain of Rs. 1.91 crore linked to US sales restructuring recovery. H1 standalone EPS rose to Rs. 3.14 from Rs. 2.60.
Profit growth driven by cost control and exceptional gain; revenue softness remains a concern. Watch for stability of new leadership team.
